Making a purchase.

Making a purchase with 7 Foot 7 could not be easier.  Simply browse our website, select your items and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished making your selections, go to the checkout and check the correct items and sizes appear in your basket. The next step is to select your delivery option and fill in your details. You will then be taken to our Sagepay secure payment site where your payment will be processed. This site uses 128bit encryption and no card details are seen or held on this website.

At 7 Foot 7 we only operate a next day delivery service.

Goods ordered before 3pm on Monday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Tuesday.
Goods ordered before 3pm on Tuesday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Wednesday.
Goods ordered before 3pm on Wednesday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Thursday.
Goods ordered before 3pm on Thursday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Friday.
Goods ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Monday.

Goods ordered after 3pm will normally be dispatched the following day but we will make every effort to dispatch goods on the day of order wherever possible.

No goods will be dispatched on Bank Holidays.

Goods ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on the following Tuesday.

Misrepresentation

At 7 Foot 7 we will make every effort to describe our garments accurately but we do exclude liability for variations that are beyond our control. We have tried to ensure that the colour photographs reflect the true colours of the garments accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the true colour of the products.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time by contacting us via email, telephone, or in writing. We will issue your refund within 10 days of your order being cancelled. If your order has already left us we ask our customers to return the parcel unopened within 10 days of receipt before a refund can be processed.

Prices

All prices on our website are shown in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Cleared payment is required before goods are despatched.
