Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased in fixed amounts or any value of your choice. Our gift vouchers come in the form of a unique voucher number, this number will be forwarded to both the customer and the recipient if buying a voucher as a gift for someone else. The voucher will be sent both by email and first class post.

When purchasing a gift voucher from us at Step 2 of the payment process select gift voucher only to avoid postage costs. If your order contains other item(s), please select the appropriate shipping option other than ‘Gift Voucher(s) ONLY’.

Redemption of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used for either full or part payment for goods ordered. If the value of the item(s) selected is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance is retained against the unique Gift Voucher number, and can be used at a later date. If the value of the item(s) selected exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference is paid by direct/credit card in the normal way.

To use the Gift Voucher as either full or part payment of an order, you will need to enter the unique gift voucher number into the ‘Do you have a Promotion Code or Gift Voucher’ box and click the button ‘Apply Code’ in step 4 of the payment process.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and only redeemable against online purchases.
