Despatch/Delivery

Orders received by 3pm Monday – Friday will be despatched on the same day. Orders that are placed by 3pm Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. There is no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please give a different address if you will not be available to sign for your delivery.

If a parcel is left without a signature, 7 FOOT 7 Will NOT be held responsible for its safety.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Shipping costs are as follows:

For delivery within Mainland United Kingdom:

 £5.95 per order. (Orders over  £95.00 - FREE!)

PLEASE NOTE:

Where free postage has been allowed on orders over £95.00, any returned goods that bring the total goods retained to less than £95.00 will incur a deduction of £5.95 postage costs.

For delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland:

£9.95 per order.

For delivery to Europe:

£14.95 per order.

For delivery to the Rest of the World:

£19.95 per order.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason your order is not as you expected please return it to use together with your receipt and contact details within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We advise our customers to obtain ‘proof of postage’ (recorded delivery) when sending goods back to use, we also advise our customers to return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier.

The amount to be credited will be processed within 14 days and returned to the card used for the initial payment. The customer is responsible for postage costs for returning goods. If you wish to exchange goods, please contact us by email for the items to be reserved for you.

Goods returned must be:
(a) unworn and unwashed,
(b) in the original packaging,
(c) complete with all labels etc and
(d) in a condition that makes them fit for immediate re-sale.
If any returned goods do not meet these standards, a refund will not be issued.

Please note that we cannot exchange underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled at any time by contacting us by telephone, email or in writing. A refund will be issued within 10 days of the order being cancelled. If your order has already been despatched, customers are asked to return them unopened within 10 days of receipt before a refund is issued.
