Q. How do I buy an item on your site?

A. Add your selected items to your shopping basket and when complete click on the 'Checkout' button. You will be asked to enter an e-mail address and if you are a new customer, the site will guide you through setting up a new account. Finally, payment is made on our secure Sagepay site.

Q. I've forgotten my password?

A. Go to 'Customer Login' page. Enter your e-mail address. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

Q. What is the most accurate way to get my measurements?

A. Chest - Measure around the fullest part of the chest just under the armpits, ensuring that the tape measure crosses the shoulder blades.

• Waist - The easiest way is to measure the waistband of the trousers that you feel most comfortable in. Otherwise, work out where on your hips your trousers usually sit and measure round.

• Inside Leg - Again, measure the inside leg of a pair of trousers that fit you best or, failing that, get a friend to measure the distance from the crotch to where you want the trousers to sit on your ankle.
